Scholarship Benefits:

The amenities in the Urbanest apartments are comprehensive, and the apartments come fully furnished. The weekly rent is inclusive of utilities such as electricity and internet access with no data cap, as well as access to a gym and secure storage for bicycles.

The recipients have the option of selecting either a private studio apartment or a room in a shared apartment that comes with its own private bathroom.

• Single occupancy in a four-person apartment with a private bathroom. Type of room available.
• Full rate: $349 per week
• The weekly scholarship amount of fifty percent is $174.50.
• Bond payment: $698 (4 weeks rent)
• There is a one-time holding fee of $174.50, which will be applied to the first week’s rent.
• Type of accommodation: spacious studio with a single bed and a kitchenette
• The full price is $469 every week.
• At a rate of fifty percent, the weekly scholarship award is $234.50.
• Bond payment: $938 (4 weeks rent)
• There is a $234.50 holding fee, which will be applied to the first week’s rent.

Scholarship Eligibility:

• Consider yourself a possible student from another country (over 18 years of age)
• Be qualified to enroll in courses in Australia beginning with the first semester of 2022 (February intake)
• Meet the standard admission requirements for the degree program into which you are applying.
• Meet the minimum entry requirements for English language proficiency for the degree program that you are applying to.
• have indicated that they will take up the offer made by UniSA to earn the degree they are applying for.

Accommodations in the heart of the city Scholarships are open to those who qualify.

• Exclusively for people living in New Urbanest
• Students who will begin their first semester of study toward a bachelor’s or master’s degree in the academic year 2022
• Students who are not sponsored by either the government of their home country or the government of Australia
