Flinders University 2023 The Ferry Scholarship

The Ferry Scholarship was established through a bequest from the late Cedric Arnold Seth Ferry to encourage study and research in the scientific fields of Physics and/or Chemistry. As trustee of the Cedric Arnold Seth Ferry Trust, Public Trustee intends to offer The Ferry Scholarship to students pursuing Honours level studies in 2023.

About the Flinders University

Scholarship Benefit

The allowance for the scholarship(s) will be determined by the Ferry Scholarship Board and could be up to $8,000.

Eligibility Criteria

In 2023, the Ferry Scholarship is open to students pursuing an Honours degree or an equivalent program at Flinders University, the University of South Australia, or the University of Adelaide. Applicants must demonstrate financial need, be under the age of 25 on January 1, 2023, and be Australian citizens. Applicants must be eligible to begin an Honours degree program in 2023.

Applicants must have earned, or expect to earn, an undergraduate degree in Physics or Chemistry by 2022.
