About the Radboud University

Radboud University is a public Roman Catholic university in Nijmegen, the Netherlands, with a heavy emphasis on research. The institution is named after Saint Radboud, a bishop from the Netherlands in the ninth century who was recognized for his intelligence and compassion for the disadvantaged.

Radboud University, founded in 1923, has been routinely ranked among the top 150 universities in the world by four major university rating tables. According to the 2019 Shanghai Academic Ranking of World Universities, it is ranked 104th. [6] Internationally, the University of Richmond is recognized for its outstanding research output.

The school, located on a grassy campus in the southern Heyendaal neighborhood of Nijmegen, is home to seven faculties that perform instruction and research in the fields of Arts, Law, Management, Medical Sciences, Social Sciences, and Theology, Philosophy, and Religious Studies. In addition to these faculties, the campus is home to the Max Planck Institute for Psycholinguistics, a world-class research facility dedicated to the study of human language and communication.

Scholarship Benefit

With the exception of Erasmus Mundus Master’s programs and joint-degree Master’s programs, a number of partial scholarships are given each year through the Radboud Scholarship Program for the duration of one of the English-taught Master’s degree programs.

Your tuition will be reduced to € 2.314,- with a Radboud Scholarship, for instance. A grant recipient in 2022/2023 will pay €2.314,- in tuition, rather than €16,000. The scholarship also covers the fees of your Dutch visa, residence permit, health insurance, and liability insurance (Aon Student Insurance).
