DELSU STUDENTS’ UNION GOVERNMENT

The student union government took the Dialogue process to a different level by visiting Delta Broadcasting Service (DBS) Asaba on Friday to further press home their demands for the school fees review for 100 level students of Delsu and other student-related issues bothering the students.

On Air, The President of the union, H.E. Amb. Cyprian Odifili outlined some of the challenges that usually involve finance for fresh students and the need for their school fees schedule to be downwardly reviewed.

Stating his take on all the chaos, he rightly expressed his displeasure toward the development and further posited how the Union has been in Dialogue with the school management to facilitate the downward review of the fee and how the whole dialogue is taking a positive unit.

The SUG Called on the Governor of Delta State, Sen. Dr. Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa to intervene since the University is State-Owned.

The SUG equally agitated on the issue of the ASUU Strike and employ the Federal Government to fulfil their part of the bargain in the interest of Nigerian students who are victims.
