DELSU Matriculation Date 2022/2023 For Freshers
This is to inform staff and students especially candidates who have been admitted in the Regular Intensive/Part-Time and Diploma Programmes, that the Matriculation ceremony for 2022/2023 Academic Session has been schedule for Saturday, March 19, 2022 in both Campuses of the University, as indicated below:
Abraka Campus
Time: 9:00AM
Venue: Convocation Arena, Behind the Social Sciences Complex, Site 3, Abraka.
Please Note: Students are to be seated by 8:30 a.m.
OLEH CAMPUS
Time: 11:00 am
Venue: 1000 Capacity Lecture Theatre, Faculty of Engineering.
Please Note: Students are to be seated by 10:30 am
Consequently, all Faculty officers are requested to visit the Senate Division as from Tuesday, March 15, 2022 for collection of academic gowns for their matriculating students.
Matriculating students should note that all gowns collected MUST be returned in good condition to the Senate Division not later than Monday, March 21, 2022.
Failure to do so, the matriculant would pay a penal fee of FIVE HUNDRED NAIRA (N500) for each day the gown is retained.
While a penal fee of Ten Thousand Naira (N10,000),would be charged as cost of replacement for any gown not returned or damaged.
Matriculating students should also note that on no account must they rent their gowns to photographers as the University security operatives have been directed to impound such gowns found with unauthorized persons.
The above is for the information and guidance of all staff and students concerned.
