Delsu Funducation Update and Fire Out break News

We’ve received over 1,000 applications for the trip to Mount Ned and it is quite unfortunate that everyone that applied cannot be chosen, even though we would have loved to do so.

However, text messages have been sent to those selected for this trip and we can only beckon on those that were not selected to accept our apologies and hope for subsequent opportunities. All those that have received text messages should henceforth get themselves prepared for Monday. It is going to be an experience of a lifetime!

Meanwhile, just yesterday, they were fire outbreaks at both NDDC and Medical Hostels. Executives of the Union were at the scenes to make sure the fire were put out and restore sanity to the environment. They were no casualty neither is there much damage.

We therefore urge our students to be very careful in carrying out their normal activities in the hostels, as the climate is fire friendly in this season of harmattan. Our security is our collective responsibility. God bless Delta State University, Abraka.
