In order to recognise achievement and encourage diversity among our student body, we provide a variety of scholarships for international students. According to our data, nearly 30% of our undergraduates and over 40% of our graduate students received entrance scholarships.
Current students are eligible for additional merit and/or performance-based scholarships and awards, which account for approximately 32.5% of our entire student body, once they have been admitted.

About the University of Nottingham
The University of Nottingham in Nottingham, United Kingdom, is a public research university. It was established in 1881 as University College Nottingham and granted a royal charter in 1948. The University of Nottingham’s main campus (University Park), Jubilee Campus, and teaching hospital (Queen’s Medical Centre) are located in the City of Nottingham, while a number of smaller campuses and sites are located throughout Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire.
The university has campuses in Semenyih, Malaysia and Ningbo, China, outside of the United Kingdom. Scholarship Benefit
- Nottingham Worldwide Full scholarship is valued at RMB 110,000 per student, or 100 percent of the first year’s postgraduate tuition fee.
- This scholarship is for admission purposes only. The fees will be deducted from a student’s annual tuition fee or refunded if the full tuition fee is paid.

Eligibility Criteria
- Be an international candidate who submitted an application.
- At the time of admission, selection is based on academic achievement exceeding the minimum requirements of a UK first class (70) or equivalent, as determined by merit.

Individual applications are required for the Nottingham Global Full, Global Half, and Global A Quarter Scholarships.
To apply for the Nottingham Global Full Scholarship, a completed scholarship application form must be submitted via the online application system by the deadline (for early applicants, please attach the form in the ‘other documents’ section of section 6).
In addition, due to the nature of competition, applicants who miss the first round of selection will be automatically considered for the next available scholarship until the quota is reached.
