Scholarship Benefits
Benefits of applying for the Global Excellence Scholarships at the Australian Catholic University are as follows:
Scholarship recipients will receive a tuition reduction for the course’s minimum CRICOS registered duration.
- Beginning undergraduate and postgraduate students will receive a tuition-fee waiver of up to $2,500 per semester.
- The scholarships have a maximum value of
- $15,000 for a three-year undergraduate degree
- Undergraduate four-year dual degree $20,000
- $10,000 for a two-year postgraduate degree
- For students commencing in July 2019 the semester value will be $1,500 for undergraduate students and $2,000 for postgraduate students.
Eligibility Criteria
You must meet the general eligibility criteria and regulations of the Global Excellence Scholarships at the Australian Catholic University for you to be eligible and they are:
- This scholarship is available to applicants who meet all of the following requirements:
- International students’ citizenship
- Business School: Peter Faber Business School
- Business and information technology courses
- All on campus (onshore campuses only – excludes ACU Online)
- Year of study: first year
- Full-time education
- The scholarship does not cover higher degree research or honors programs, nor does it cover certificates or diplomas.
- If the total combined value exceeds the tuition fee for the course, the student must not be receiving any other scholarship or award.
- must not be attending ACU as a Study Abroad or Exchange student must commence studies between July 2019 and December 2023.
- must not be an Australian Catholic University International Student Scholarship recipient (ISS).
- The scholarship cannot be carried over to a subsequent semester.
How to apply
There is no formal application process. The information in your application to study at ACU will be used to determine your eligibility. Commencing students who are successful scholarship recipients will be notified by ACU.
