Job Benefits
You will be responsible for providing face-to-face core transactional banking services to ATB customers as ATB’s next Customer Service Representative.
These services will be provided to ATB customers in person.

This entails providing clients with customer service that is both professional and effective by determining what the clients’ needs are and matching them with the appropriate products, solutions, and specialists.
Accountabilities
- Developing closer bonds with our customers by engaging in dialogue with them to better comprehend their requirements and the means by which we can assist them in achieving their objectives
- Changing the way our customers interact with us by exposing them to industry professionals and teaching them on the use of our digital tools and resources
- fostering and preserving customer connections by delivering exceptional levels of service to the consumer
Developing and cultivating internal partner connections with other ATB departments, providing support for branch operations in order to satisfy customer service criteria, and assisting with the resolution of any issues or concerns that may arise. - Maintaining all administrative and operational activities within the branch in accordance with tactical service routines, as well as processes and procedures based on best practices.
- In accordance with the established procedures, processing cash and clearing transactions
- taking an active role in the meetings of the department team
- Providing support and guidance to other Customer Service Representatives when necessary
- Make certain that the assets of the branch are adequately protected, that the premises and equipment are kept in good condition, and that the collateral documents are effectively managed.

Requirements
A successful outcome at the level of the branch means:
- You are an innovative member of the team who is also adaptable, cooperative, and exhibits a desire to operate within a group setting.
- You are able to adapt to changing circumstances, which requires you to make decisions and implement inventive solutions.
- Have a minimum of one year of post-secondary business experience, ideally more, in addition to having successfully completed grade 12
- Have a track record of success dealing with numerical problems.
- Experience in providing customer service and/or in sales is necessary.
- It is desirable to have knowledge of the various personal loan services and products.
Applicants who have had prior experience in the financial industry will be given preference.
