This is to inform the general public, members of the university community and all categories of students in Abraka, Anwai and Oleh Campus, that the 2019 annual DELSU PRAISE DAY will take place on Monday, 18th November, 2019 at the Convocation Arena, Site III, Abraka Campus by 10:00 am.
The theme for this year’s Praise Day is “Keep The Faith” as gotten from the book of II Timothy 4:7.
The Vice-Chancellor has therefore declared that day a lecture free day for students in all campuses, as the University will be returning all praises to God in a very special and indispensable way.
Emetenjor Friday Maduabuchi, the Director of Information SUG has been therefore directed to mobilize written testimonies from Delta State University students of what God has done for them over the years.
The testimonies are expected to be detailed and submitted to the Director of Information SUG, on or before November 1st 2019.
Customized T-shirts are available for this very important event at reasonable costs, though it is not compulsory.

The price of the Delsu Praise Day shirts with collar goes for N2,500 and the price for the one without collars goes for N2,000.

Members of Delsu management, staffs and students shall on that day embark on a carnival procession from Site II main gate to the venue of the event at Site III. The carnival has been slated to start by 10:00 am.
Refreshments shall as usual, be made available to everyone in attendance as the university gives praises to the GOD who is above all, with us all and in us all.
