The Chief Security Officer of the Delta State University, Abraka, has raised concerns over the misconduct of some of our students that does night reading (awoko) inside the school premises.

The Student Union Government therefore beckon on Delsuites that enters school for Awoko, to do so appropriately.

2:00 am is too late to want to gain access into the university premises because of awoko.

4:00 am is too early to want to leave the school premises after awoko.

There may be unreasonable men waiting outside at those times to steal from, or harm students. Our security is our collective responsibility.

Please do not pose to be too brave and try to argue with the security officials to let you go home at those times.

It is from the house of the coward that we point to the ruins of what used to be the house of a brave man.
