Scholarships ranging from £2,000 are available to international students in a variety of subject areas and will be granted in the form of a tuition fee reduction.

About the Cardiff University
Cardiff University is a public research university located in Cardiff, Wales, United Kingdom. It was established in 1883 as the University College of South Wales and Monmouthshire; in 1893, it became one of the founding colleges of the University of Wales; and in 1997, it received (but suspended) its own degree-awarding authority.
It adopted the public name of Cardiff University in 1999, and this became its legal name in 2005, when it separated from the University of Wales to become an independent institution that confers its own degrees. It is the only Welsh member of the Russell Group of leading British research universities and is the third-oldest university institution in Wales.

Eligibility Criteria
The Vice-International Chancellor’s Scholarship will be automatically considered for international applicants from the following countries who apply by 16 June 2023 and hold offers for specific postgraduate programmes.
If you are not from one of the countries listed, your scholarship eligibility will be evaluated on an individual basis, and you will be notified automatically if you are successful.
To receive a Vice-International Chancellor’s Scholarship, you must meet or exceed your offer’s requirements. Applicants who were initially granted unconditional admission will automatically receive the scholarship, which will take the form of a tuition fee reduction. You must meet the eligibility requirements and deposit deadlines outlined in the terms and conditions.
