Ronald William Howard Personal Life

Ronald William Howard was born in Duncan, Oklahoma, on March 1, 1954. Rance Howard, his father, was a writer, actor, and director, and Jean Speegle Howard, his mother, was an actress.

In 1958, he moved to Hollywood with his parents, and the following year, his younger brother Clint Howard was born. After three years, the Howards relocated to Burbank.

He attended John Burroughs High School and trained at Desilu Studios, which is now known as The Culver Studios.

Ron Howard attended in the University of Southern California’s School of Cinematic Arts after high school but was unable to complete his studies due to his successful acting career.

On June 7, 1975, Ron Howard married writer Cheryl Howard. They currently reside in Beverly Hills, California. Each of the couple’s four children was given the name of the town where they were born.

Ron Howard made his cinematic debut at the age of 18 months in the 1956 picture Frontier Woman. He received his first stage role at the age of two in The Seven Year Itch. He was cast in the part of Billy Rhinelander in the 1959 film The Trip. He landed the role of Stewart in the first season of the comedy Dennis the Menace because to his genuine performance. He was also cast in the television series The Many Loves of Dobie Gillis.
