Urgent Attention: Delsu Applicants must change Nomenclature

This is to inform all candidates who wrote the march, 2020 unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination that the University is in receipt of the 2020 JAMB results of the first choice candidates.

However, the University has observed that some candidates applied to “Dramatic Arts” instead of “Theatre Arts” offered in the University; while some candidates instead of “Mechanical Engineering” applied to “Mechanical” and “Metal Engineering” which is not offered in the Delta State University.

Consequently, all affected candidates are expected to proceed to JAMB site and change from “Mechanical” and “Metal Engineering” to “Mechanical Engineering” while those who chose “Dramatic Arts” should change to “Theatre Arts” before the commencement of application for the Post Unified Tertiary Examination (PUTME), as those who chose wrong nomenclatures would not be considered for admission.

Accordingly, concerned candidates are strongly advised to treat the information with the urgency it deserves.
