International students are invited to apply for the British Columbia High School Entrance Scholarship for the 2023/24 academic year at the University of the Fraser Valley (UFV) in Canada. The scholarship is competitive and awarded to students with outstanding academic accomplishments.

Each year, UFV International welcomes over 800 new international students from over 70 countries. UFV encourages academic excellence by offering numerous entrance scholarships annually. UFV International awarded over $400,000 in scholarships last year.

Eligibility Criteria

You qualify for this scholarship if you:

• You apply to UFV to study.
• You are currently in your senior year.
• You are an international student attending one of the following high schools:
  • A secondary school in British Columbia.
  • The British Columbia government has inspected and certified an offshore high school.

There is no application required for this scholarship. If you meet the eligibility requirements and apply to UFV, you are automatically considered. Preference is given to students applying to bachelor’s degree programmes.
