- Eligibility Requirements: To qualify, applicants must meet all of the following requirements:
- When you submit your application, you must be enrolled full-time in a bachelor’s degree program at a four-year college or university in the United States, Canada, or Mexico.
- A record of academic performance and/or greatness. Due to the merit-based nature of the scholarship, you must maintain a cumulative grade point average of 3.0 out of a possible 4.0 or 4.0 out of a potential 5.0.
- Demonstrate adequate progress toward a bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related STEM field.

- The students must send in their high school transcripts and meet any other requirements for the course.
- Requirements for admission: Applicants must have a previous degree with good grades.
- Language requirement: If English is not your first language, you must meet one of the university’s requirements to show that you can speak English well.
