Newly admitted medical doctor Nnaji Treasure Chidiogo of Babcock University has created history by shattering two records in the College of Health and Medical Sciences.
Nnaji became the first physician to receive nine distinctions, including one in community health. She received recognition from the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria during the organization’s ninth induction of 93 physicians.
The Nigeria Medical Association’s Ogun State section honored her accomplishment with a plaque and a N200,000 cash donation.
Prof. Ademola Tayo, vice chancellor of Babcock University, praised the new physicians and advised them to put patients’ needs ahead of their own. He stressed the value of teamwork in the fight against chronic illnesses like Lassa Fever.
