Eligibility Criteria
- Eligible Countries: All nationalities.
- Eligible Courses or Subjects: Any type of undergraduate or graduate program.
- Eligibility Requirements: To qualify, applicants must meet all of the following requirements:
- Accepted or enrolled in a full-time degree program in a U.S. or Canadian institution that MPOWER supports;
- Be a foreign student authorized to study legally in the U.S. or Canada, as applicable:
- This indicates that the applicant for U.S. study fits one of the following requirements:
- Is covered under the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program? (DACA)
- Has a valid visa that authorizes study in the United States, or
- This means that the candidate must meet the following conditions in order to study in Canada:
- Has a valid Canadian study permit

- Supporting Documents:Students submit their official transcripts, a copy of their passport, and an essay
- Admission Requirements: Applicants must possess a prior degree with pertinent grades.
- Language Requirement: To study in the United States or Canada, applicants must have a superior command of the English language.
