“Grow up, Don’t Blow” – EFCC Boss, Ibrahim Magu To Nigerian Youths

Ibrahim Magu, EFCC boss has taken his time to warn Nigerian youths against taking any fast route to achieve wealth.

Ibrahim Magu said it’s quite alarming to see how desperate the quest to blow by the Nigerian youths.

He added that the modern slang “blow” further illustrates the desperation for quick wealth by Nigerian youths.

EFCC Boss, Ibrahim Magu also said that this concept has pushed many youths into committing fraudulent crimes.

This was made public at the Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU), Ile Ife on Friday while he was delivering the keynote address at the 2019 Symposium of the National Association of Philosophy Students (NAPS), OAU branch.

Although he was represented by the Zonal Head of the Commission’s Ibadan zonal office, Friday Ebelo.

He admonished the students to take their studies serious rather than taking part in fraudulent activities.

Friday Ebelo lamented about the increasing trend in the involvement of the Nigerian youth in internet related crimes and frauds,

He therefore challenged Nigerian youths to redirect such energy into positive activities that will benefit them and the Nigerian nation as a whole.
