Demonstrating the entrepreneurial vitality of Johns Hopkins University's academic ecosystem, alumnus Santiago Morales has successfully closed a twelve million dollar venture investment round for an environmental intelligence company originally conceived during their studies in Baltimore.
The startup specializes in automated satellite remote sensing and machine learning analysis, providing institutional investors and environmental regulators with auditable, real-time measurements of methane and carbon emissions across energy infrastructure.
The Incubation Journey
