She did this to figure out her own personal style. As a result, she began to compose music in her own unique manner, resulting in the emergence of a style that is a blend of Alté, Afrobeats, and R&B.

She had taken up sound production in university and had begun to grasp the art. The purpose of mastering the ability was to be able to create beats for her own tunes.

But, it was her follow-up song, Try Me, that did the trick and immediately garnered her thousands of followers.
