Eligibility Criteria
- Eligible Countries: All nationalities
- Acceptable Courses or Subjects: coursework in the Sustainable Lifespan Extension of Inner-City Bridges and Quay Walls for the PhD degree.
- Admissible Criteria: To qualify, applicants must meet the following qualifying requirements:
- You hold a master’s degree in civil or environmental engineering and management, or in a relevant interdisciplinary field.
- You have demonstrated expertise in at least one of the following areas: life cycle analysis, life cycle pricing, or cultural heritage valuation.
- Programming skills are desirable (e.g., MATLAB, Python).
- You have a command of both spoken and written English. A strong command of Dutch is advantageous.
- You are capable of working independently.
- You anticipate cooperating with academics from many disciplines and professionals from municipalities, contractors, and engineering organizations.
- You have a strong interest in comprehending and preserving old civil constructions.
