About the Flinders University
The public Flinders University is located in Adelaide, South Australia. It was founded in 1966 and named after Matthew Flinders, who explored and mapped the South Australian coastline in the early nineteenth century.

Scholarship Benefit
Each year, subject to the availability of money, one new $1,000 scholarship will be awarded.
Recipients will earn $1000 for one year, payable in equal installments after each semester’s census date, contingent upon maintaining good academic progress. If the beneficiary does not continue enrollment, withdraws, or is excluded from the course, the scholarship will be cancelled.

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants for the scholarship must
- Having earned a bachelor’s degree from Flinders University and;
- Establish an Honors Program in Politics and Public Affairs; and
- Typical enrollment status is full-time.
